Prepare categories without uploading personal files.
Keep originals in a private place
The checklist helps you identify categories: timeline, expenses, income changes, communications, benefits, questions and assumptions. Checking a box means you have organised a category for yourself. It is not an assessment of evidence quality.
Use an index instead of a public bundle
Name the category, where the original is stored and what is still missing. You can share that index with an appropriate professional through their chosen channel. This site does not accept document uploads or request health, identity or claim records.
Label estimates
A proposed cost, an approximate period and an uncertain payment should not be presented as a verified fact. The downloaded worksheet keeps the financial assumptions together so you can review them without copying a personal narrative into a web form.
Prepare questions, too
Which records are useful? What should be preserved? Which originals or dates matter? Is there a reporting or claim deadline? These questions can be more valuable than a large undifferentiated pile of files.
